In your Room...

Are there smoking rooms?

No, we don't have smoking rooms, but all our rooms have a balcony or a patio, ideal for smoking outdoors.

Do the rooms have a shower or bathtub?

The rooms have a bathroom with shower; only one room has a bathtub.

Do the rooms overlook the courtyard or the street?

We have rooms overlooking the courtyard/internal lawn and others overlooking the street.

How often are the bath and bed linens changed?

We are committed to changing linens responsibly, in order to reduce our environmental impact. Therefore, linens are changed on the 3rd day of your stay.

Do you have connecting rooms?

Yes, we have two.

Are cribs available?

Yes, a crib can be added in some rooms (for a fee).

What does the complimentary toiletries kit include?

Soap, shower gel, shower cap, vanity set, glasses and paper tissues. At reception, you can also request a toothbrush and toothpaste set, a shaving set with razors and shaving cream, cotton swabs, combs and a small sewing kit.

At the Hotel...

Can I receive visits during my stay?

Of course. For security reasons, if your guest follows you into your room, we require identification.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, pets are welcome for a fee. They are not allowed in the breakfast room or the restaurant.

Is the hotel accessible to guests with reduced mobility?

Yes, we have a wheelchair-accessible entrance and room, which must be booked in advance (confirmation based on availability).

Do you offer a transfer service?

It’s possible to book one from the airport or railway station to the hotel. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange the transfer.

Do you have a luggage storage area?

No, but guests can leave their luggage at reception.

Can I ask you for medicines during my stay? For example, for a headache.

Based on current Italian legislation, hoteliers can provide limited amounts of over-the-counter medicines for first aid or temporary relief. These medicines can be purchased without a prescription. However, because these medications can cause allergic reactions or other problems, we prefer not to administer them to our guests.

How big is the meeting room and how is it equipped?

The meeting room is approximately 30 m2 in size and can accommodate up to 20 people. It is equipped with a 65-inch HD TV, which can be connected to PCs and tablets, a flip chart and a Wi-Fi connection. The set-up can be adapted to your needs, either with tables joined together or an auditorium-style layout. On request, we can provide pens, notepads and water for participants.

Is it possible to store valuables at the reception?

Yes, for all the rooms without a safe. In this case, it is mandatory that the items entrusted to us be placed in a closed and sealed container and they must be signed for by the guest leaving the items for safekeeping. We may refuse to store dangerous items (toxic or flammable substances), items of excessive value (priceless items such as precious stones) or large items (valuable paintings).

Can I book a space in the car park?

Parking is generally not bookable; we only reserve it when guests effectively need it.

Is it possible to charge an electric car at the hotel?

Yes, a charging station is available in the car park and requires advance booking. The cost is € 0.50/kw.

Upon arrival...

What are the check-in and check-out times? What if I arrive early or want to leave later?

The room is ready from 2 pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 am on your day of departure. For early arrivals and late departures, we do everything we can to accommodate your needs, based on availability: if the room is ready before 2 pm, you can proceed with check-in; late check-out is possible, for a fee, if the room is available.

Can I arrive late in the evening?

Yes, of course, in case of necessity we will send you the information for self-service access to the hotel using a numeric code.

How much is the tourist tax?

€2.00 per person, per night.

What are the reception hours? Can I contact you from my room?

We are available from 7 am to 1 pm. We also offer a night call service for late-night emergencies. You can contact us from the phone in your room by dialling 100.
