The Cavolo Verza Festival was born mainly to revive a product which has been for years  the fulcrum of the local economy, but that in the last years has nearly died out from fields.
During the Festival visitors can rummage into many stalls, thanks to the “Little Market under the Castle”, the traditional exhibition-market of antique and of the second-hand objects; there will be also the biological products market and the tasting of local culinary specialty which the main ingredient is the Savoy cabbage.
