IN THE NAME OF NAPOLEON (All Day)
Palazzo Canavese, on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th May 2013
Two days to go back in time and relive the atmosphere of a village in 1800, invested by the passage of Napoleon's troops on the road which led to the Battle of Marengo.
From the first evening, wineries and taverns of the center will open its doors, offering visitors a great opportunity to taste local wines and a delicious sampling of typical dishes of Canavese.
Sunday will be devoted to the preparation and conduct of the battle. Since morning the troops protagonists of the battle will occur in parades, maneuvers and exercises. The taverns and wineries operate at full capacity, to give the necessary comfort to gourmet fighters, but especially to the public.

A whole area is at last dedicated to the Foundation GoodPlanet and its project “7 billion Others” with several interviews about races to 84 different countries.

Smart City Days, set of events organized by the City of Turin and the Turin Foundation Smart City, will bring in the square from May 24 to June 9, the good practices as possible in order to consume fewer natural resources, improving the quality of life. It propose three weeks animated by appointments and events in the main city squares, aimed at a wide and heterogeneous audience.
